loved the hotel, staff was so friendly they helped recommend us places to see. They also have little sheets they gave us of each place that has directions and what to see. I think that going that extra mile for guests especially first time guests makes us want to come back! Great job to the staff! Complimentary breakfast was good and helps when you want to be on the road to sightsee. Good variety of food items to choose from which was yummy! Definitely will stay here the next time we are in South Dakota! Or hopefully their other properties! Rooms where modern and clean slept like a baby!! Hotel was very easy to find and shopping is really close by!

I enjoyed the way the staff handled issues with guests. Example: One of the nights i was returning to my room and as i went to the elevator an older gentlemen had knocked his medication onto the ground. Iwas in the process of helping him and he explained his glucose monitor had fallen down the elevator shaft. He stated that he'll have to contact the front desk. The next morning i was going to breakfast and the maintenance man was at the elevator going to get the gentlemans monitor. That meant a lot to him and to myself for going above and beyond.

I have stayed here before and it still remains impeccable. The room was wonderful, my family loved the room and the lobby vibes. We didn’t get to swim this trip as it but maybe next time. Big shout out to the front desk lady Faith/ she was soo nice and helped immensely with our room accommodation, and to housekeeping as well great job! We also enjoyed how quiet it all was- We will definitely stay again soon!!

One of the best budget hotels I have ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable with a great vibe. The beds were comfortable and the fully sealed shade was awesome, not an ounce of light enters the room. This is the hotel that took all that traveler feedback you see on sites like this seriously and the results are great.

The rooms were super clean and new. There was a pool table and games for everyone to play in the lobby. Breakfast was great and it had a good variety for a free breakfast. The pool was the kids favorite thing! The slide was so fun, even for adults. Also they had laundry which is helpful.
